CBOR media types

I guess most people are familiar with suffixed Internet Media types, 
like image/svg+xml or application/ld+json/. /I see that people are now 
using +cbor as well. See for example application/yang-data+cbor/

I don't know if that affects our protocol design, but it is good to know 
that if we need to use an Internet Media type, we have that suffix as an 
option./
