A minor change to Zoom meeting setup

Folks,

Within the past week there were few times when unknown individuals (from Bangladesh) hopped on the WebFonts WG Zoom channel at random times. It doesn't seem they were able to do anything useful, looks like they were testing the waters to see if that channel was available for them to use (it was).

The meeting was originally setup to allow participants communicate and use Zoom facilities as soon as they join, before the host arrives. I changed this particular setting so from now on, when/if you join the WebFonts WG Zoom meeting before I do, you will get "wait for the host to join" message, and the meeting won't start until I join.

I apologize for any possible inconvenience this may cause, but I simply don't want to allow anyone else to [ab]use our communication channel for their personal gains. (I can also nominate someone else to be a co-host so in an unlikely case when I am not able to join on time someone else joining would get the meeting going. Let's see if this'd ever be an issue and we can easily deal with it, if it is.)
