Updates in WG call schedule

Folks,

Like we discussed last week regarding future WG calls, I have cancelled the existing WebEx and Zoom meetings (weekly on Thursdays) and rescheduled Zoom meetings for the same time on Mondays, weekly until the F2F in early September. This will likely be extended in the future, but for now we'll us this new time to see if it works better for everyone involved.

As a result, you should see multiple cancellation notices for the previously scheduled call times (both WebEx and Zoom) and a new invite for recurring Zoom call on Mondays starting July 15th.
