Agenda WG conf. call Jan. 31st

Hello WG,

We will have our regularly scheduled WebEx call tomorrow (see meeting invite for details).
Proposed agenda:

  1.  Scope of work - short-term and long-term planning:
Evaluation report: use cases, existing solutions, tool to consider / use (both existing and TBD);
Future Implementation: architecture / subdivision of functionality between native browser implementation and server side, APIs, tools we need to develop, etc.
  2.  Success criteria - may need to be defined for each separate work item
  3.  AOB

I suspect that the first two agenda items will take up the majority of our call time, but please feel free to suggest other topics to discuss.
