Folks, I have cancelled our call for tomorrow – I am sure we can find some good use for the time that got freed up as a result. But … I am looking forward to seeing your submissions and proposals for F2F agenda on November 9, now more than ever because our meeting hosting is confirmed! While we don’t have any pressing items to discuss, and the action items have now been addressed, we still need to re-run few remaining tests to green-light the final promotion of the WOFF2 recommendation. Also, as we discussed at the last WebEx call, we should plan for a WG get-together during the W3C TPAC meeting, which will take place in Burlingame CA in early November this year. I suggest that we should consider Thursday, Nov. 9 as a tentative date for the WG meeting (Rod, can you please confirm if we can take you up on your offer to host the group), where we should discuss the remaining things to do, and, most importantly, what lies ahead for this WG in the year 2018 and beyond. Quite a few ideas were exchanged at the F2F meeting last year – let’s start considering if some of the previously discussed items should be revisited, or what new topics (and we talked about some of them at the last call) we should consider. Any agenda+ suggestions are always welcome! Cheers, Vlad
