I don’t have any update on the WebEx issue, I guess the WebEx Phone Gateway is still down.
The WebEx VoIP access should work, please consider using it if at all possible.

The MIT WebEx service is unable to place or receive telephone calls to WebEx conferences at this time. MIT is working on the issue with Cisco.
VoIP calling ("call using computer") is available.
