RE: Telecon Minutes for Sept 23rd

Hello WG,

I’d like to do a quick straw poll to see if we should postpone our call tomorrow until next week (which will be our last call opportunity on Oct. 7 prior to the F2F).

I didn’t make any changes in the spec since the last update and we still need to finalize certain aspects of the spec we discussed last week during the call  (see below). We can definitely have a telcon and discuss it live or (preferred) have the proposed spec language changes discussed on the email list first. Let me know what your thoughts are and whether we should do a telcon tomorrow or postpone it until we have specific changes to discuss.
