Telcon reminder and agenda for Wednesday Sep. 23

Hello WG,

We will have our telcon today at a regularly scheduled time. I modified the WOFF2 spec [1] adding the 'hmtx' transform description as the new subclause 5.4 - please review and we will discuss it during the call. As part of this editing cycle I introduced five new conformance requirements:

I will edit the text plan pages before the call to add them and we will need to define the test plans for these new cases.

I also added specific references to transform version "0" for glyf and loca tables but I am not sure if this would be sufficient - we may need to also add additional requirements to mandate a specific UA behavior when an improper transform number is specified for any of the 'glyf', 'loca' or 'hmtx' tables.
