RE: Telcon agenda for March 11

Well, our call today was short since we only had three participants - not enough to call it a quorum. :)
Please review the spec changes and send your comments. Also, there are some conformance requirements in the spec and may be untestable - what we need to do is either to figure out how to structure the text and put a description together or to possibly change the language of the spec and convert certain requirements to plain English "must" instead of a normative "MUST".

Your comments and criticism on the spec are very much appreciated - I'd rather take it from you guys than from general public, after we release the spec as a Last Call.
