Spec updates and F2F details on video conferencing

Hello WG,

I have updated the Editor's draft spec with the changes we discussed yesterday (action-173). Please review: http://dev.w3.org/webfonts/WOFF2/spec/. I also found a few more new conformance requirements that are missing in our test plans - will review them again and update accordingly.

Regarding F2F hosting - I confirmed that the room is available for us on both June 9 and 10, but here is the caveat - our videoconferencing setup is only good for Skype (or "Skype for Business", to be exact) - I can definitely set it up to video-conference any number of remote participants but we won't be able to run Google Hangouts. Not sure if this is an obstacle or not - wanted to make sure that you guys are okay with it.
