I have now had word that there will be a room available for you at the BAU
School on September 16. The school has internet connectivity, so you should
be fine.

We will be there anyway packaging materials and setting up the conference,
so you will not be alone if you need any assistance.

How are you? I am in writing to you on behalf of the WebFonts working group regarding the upcoming ATypI conference and about co-locating the WebFonts WG meeting with ATypI. We’ve done it quite a few times now (ATypI hosted the meeting in Reykjavik and Google hosted us last year in their Amsterdam office) – I would like to ask you if there may be a chance that ATypI would be able to host the meeting this year in Barcelona? We plan to meet for one day, Tuesday September 16 (the day before ATypI starts) and would need a meeting room with internet connection for about 12 people (who will most likely be ATypI attendees as well).

Please let me know if there is a possibility that ATypI may be able to accommodate us this year, I am really looking forward to the conference.
