Telcon reminder and agenda for Dec. 17

Hello WG,

Let's have our call tomorrow - this will most likely be our last telcon in 2014 and it would be a great opportunity to clean up the tracker and tie up the loose ends in the WOFF2 spec (severe case of wishful thinking?). The next two scheduled calls happen to coincide with the Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve days - I don't expect us to be able to have another telcon until early 2015.
