Hello WG,

We only had three participants on the call so I decided to postpone the discussion hoping that we will have a better luck and more active participation next week on September 3rd (when all kids are back to schools and the vacation season is over).

We'll tentatively keep the same agenda for next week's call, but please feel free to suggest any additional items you would like to discuss, either on the phone or during the F2F.
