Update to font-compression-reference

I wanted to give a heads up that I have updated

the font-compression-reference repo with:

Preliminary support for CFF (just don't normalize). Support for adjusting
> loca entry size from 2 to 4 bytes during normalization if necessary.
> Support for extended metadata.
