WOFF Authoring tools testsuite results

Hello WebFonts WG,

First draft of the WOFF Authoring tools testsuite implementation report. Includes FontSquirrel, sfnt2woff and woffTools. 

Does not yet include FontForge because all the output files have the same bug, which makes them all invalid. This has been reported and if  it gets fixed, I will retest. Else, I will check in the results (all tests fail).

Still, with three implementations, we have met our CR exit criteria. Although I would still really like sfnt2woff fixed for its one failing case :)
