Hello Hypertext CG,
The WOFF specification is currently in CR, and the WG is engaged in testing. We are beta-testing the W3C test harness and reporting framework, which is derived from the one used by the CSS WG.
The test suite is believed 100% complete on spec coverage (but we are checking to be sure).
The WG met a couple of weeks ago in Reykjavík, the meeting co-hosted with the ATypI conference. We produced a draft implementation report on UA testing as a result of that meeting, and are working on file format and authoring tool testing.

Members of the WG will meet with other groups at TPAC. In particular we are scheduling meetings with CSS WG (related to same-origin in @font-face) and with WebApps WG and WebAppSec WG to discuss CORS and the spec formerly known as From-Origin.
