Conference calls, F2F meeting plans, agenda, etc.

Hello WG,

First of all, a friendly reminder that we will not have our regular telcons this week and next due to travel. We will resume our scheduled conference calls on Wednesday, May 25th.

Like we discussed in out telcon last week, we need to start planning for the F2F meeting. I mentioned earlier that the organizers of the TypeCon2011 has graciously offered to host the WG F2F meeting. This year, TypeCon will be in New Orleans in July 5-10 at Royal Sonesta hotel (http://www.sonesta.com/royalneworleans/, discounted room rates will be available for attendees who stay in this hotel).

With the text of the WOFF spec being finalized, I expect that we will be able to complete the process of transition of the Last Call to CR by mid-June. Our next milestone and important delivery is the conformance test suite (we are in a very good shape here thanks to Tal's efforts) and implementation report. I think that the timing of the F2F in July is perfect for us (yes, I do realize that July in New Orleans may be toasty :)).

I would like to ask all members of this WG to respond to this email with:

-          Statement of intent to attend the F2F meeting (most likely July 5-6) and/or TypeCon2011 (http://www.typecon.com/), and

-          Your suggestions for any additional items you would like to be addressed at the F2F.
