WebFonts WG F2F meeting notice and agenda

Dear all,

The W3C WebFonts Working Group  F2F meeting will be held On Tuesday, Aug. 17th from 10:00 am - 6:30 pm in the Westside room on the Plaza level (one flight down the escalator from the lobby) of the Century Plaza Hyatt Regency hotel in Los Angeles. The wireless network will be provided by Typecon 2010.

Meeting agenda:

-        Review the comments on the FPWD;

-        Discuss and agree/approve the conformance requirements;

-        Develop the plan for the WOFF test suite - identify testable assertions from the spec and what tests we need to have to cover them;

-        Planning of test suite for WebFonts (including CSS Fonts tests with WOFF encoded fonts) and preparation for a joint session with CSS / SVG /XSL groups at TPAC in November;

-        Review and discuss the existing implementations and tools - whether the WG should produce a reference implementation package and what can/should be made a part of the reference implementation;

-        AOB.

The WebFonts WG would like to thank Typecon organizers for accommodating  the attendees of the WG F2F meeting and providing meeting facilities, and would like to thank Adobe Systems and Christopher Slye for providing video projector for our use during the meeting.
