Working XSL Example

Folks, 

Here's a modest example of a XSL that transforms the WOFF metadata XML to reasonable looking HTML.

This is pretty much the first XSL I've worked with, but I find the results are encouraging.
I have tested it with the metadata examples from Appendix A from the specification.

Comments, corrections, criticism, all welcome.
