Web Events WG will define compatibility mapping for pointer events and touch events

Hi All - there is general agreement a mapping between pointer events
and touch events should be defined. That task will be done by the Web
Events WGand Rick has agreed to lead the effort. Thanks Rick!

FYI, this subject was discussedduring the Pointer Events WG's 27
November and December 4 calls (^1,^2), and there was a short followup on
the list ^3.
