Next Web Events call is March 22

Hi All,

In case anyone missed it, due to some upcoming travel constraints, we 
decided the next Web Events call will be March 22.

During our meeting hiatus, please continue technical discussions on 
public-webevents and please address your open actions and issues:

Additionally, the Use Cases and Requirements wiki is still empty and 
needs inputs:

   http://www.w3.org/2010/webevents/wiki/UCsandReqs

Lastly, it's never too early to start working on test cases. If anyone 
wants to create some test cases and/or take the lead here, it would be 
an extremely valuable contribution. Our Testing wiki is:
