I propose the following change (committed, but still open to discussion):

This removes the clientX and clientY arguments to createTouch.  There's 
no straightforward way to allow callers to leave out pageX and pageY 
while remaining compatible with WebKit, and I did not see any argument 
other than useragent testing for allowing callers to specify pageX/pageY 
and clientX/clientY separately rather than just calculating the latter.
