WebDX CG activities at TPAC 2023

Hi WebDX Community Group,

The W3C TPAC event is ongoing, with a number of activities led by WebDX 
CG participants. This includes 4 breakout sessions that will take place

The descriptions include a link to the calendar entry with room, time, 
and Zoom meeting information. Remote attendance to these sessions is 
open to all and does not require registration to TPAC, although note 
that you need to create a W3C account, if not already done, to view Zoom 
meeting information.
