[W3C Web Crypto WG] CfC on key format in Web Crypto API (issue26 / answer by 27th of sept)

Dear all,

As a follow up on our discussion during our call, I would like to call for a call for consensus for resolving the issue related to the integration of different key formats into our specification [1].

The proposed resolution is the following : "The Web Cryptography Working Group resolves that all key formats "raw", "pkcs8", "spki" and "jwk"  will be kept in the document without further modification except that an informative note will be added clarifying that for interoperability "raw" is to encouraged and developers should consult the test-suite and the current support of other key formats."

The deadline for this CfC is the 27th of Sep, EOB.
