Doodle for Test the Web Forward Training for Test-Suite Doodle

Everyone,

For the full training for making Open Web Platform-style tests for Web
Crypto (rather than the current not-so-great tests we have), it would be
good to get Philippe and Mike from W3C involved.  While
Japan+Americas+Europe calls are tricky, its worth a shot!

And browser implementers - if you have some time, you are welcome as
well, even if you aren't sure you can devote resources. And big +1 to
Jim Schaad and Mark for agreeing to help.

I tried to pick some times that were both Japan friendly (for Mike) and
MIT friendly (for Philippe). Do answer with whatever dates work for you,
including *none* (in which case, I'll try to reschedule.
