Dear Advisory Committee Representatives, Chairs, AB, and TAG,

Process 2005 has now been fully superseded after the completion of a two-year period [1] to transition to the current Process Document [2,3].

In parallel, Philippe announced our new, faster, stronger, better pubrules checker [4], which doesn’t recognise Process 2005.

We have redirected <https://www.w3.org/Guide/transitions>.

Please let me know at <w3t-comm@w3.org> of any resource that we’ve forgotten to update.

This announcement follows section 11 ("Process Evolution") of the Process Document:
  https://www.w3.org/2015/Process-20150901/#GAProcess

Thank you.

Coralie Mercier, Head of W3C Marketing & Communications
