[Web Crypto WG] charter extension and activity status

Dear all,

A short email to inform you that

-          Web Crypto WG charter has been extended as announced to the W3C Advisory Council [1]. This means that our scope for work stays the same until the September 2015, the charter has been updated accordinglyhttp://www.w3.org/2011/11/webcryptography-charter.html

-          We are still working on the test definition, this task is handled by Harry Halpin directly, as we could not find any test leader in the WG contributors (if you change your mind and want ot volunteer, please raise your hand). Once this done, we will be able to move forward bringing Web Crypto API towards Recommendation status.

-          Provided that the Web Crypto Key Discovery API is still in the middle of the path, I'll make a separate suggestion in order to make decision to move it to CR or to transform it into a W3C Note.
