Method and operation names

All,

A noted in Bug 24826 and 25625, I feel our specification would be clearer
if we clearly distinguished the names of the SubtleCrypto methods from the
names of the operations that algorithms must define.

I have already added some more informative explanatory text [1], but how do
people feel about renaming all the operations to have the names in square
brackets ?

So, for example, we would say "encrypt method" but "[encrypt] operation" ?
