I prefer UTC 20:00 to UTC 16:00. UTC 16:00 is 1:00 in the morning in Korea. It is very hard to stay awake until that time. Also, I only have 5 hour sleep to get up at 7:00 to go to work. Anytime beyond UTC 20:00 is ok for me.
