W3C Web Crypto WG - progressing on ISSUE-44 (and ACTION-128)

Hi Richard,
Same question related to the ISSUE-44 [1] dealing with the generation of a random IV if one is not specified by the developer for CBC, CFB, GCM.
Any progress ?
