Privacy Interest Group Review

I'd like to add that the PING (Privacy Interest Group) offered a privacy 
review, and we could ask their opinion over the various proposals that 
Mark and Ryan have clearly laid out. The date they offered is 22 August 
2013 at UTC 16.

  It would be great if the editors (both Ryan and Mark) could make that 
time!
