There have been no proposals for the representation of certificates,
which has been identified as a secondary objective.

Because this is a conceptual objection to the work of the WG, and not
an concrete objection to the specification, and because it was raised
in the context of ISSUE-15 (related to discovery of certificates), I
propose that this ISSUE be closed.

Relevant parties that are interested in this topic that have proposals
and implementation experience on the manner should make proposals for
addressing, but I do not believe it's necessary to keep an open ISSUE
open for an item that the WG is not actively working on.
