I'd like to propose we close ISSUE-9 - http://www.w3.org/2012/webcrypto/track/issues/9 No part of the current specification includes the ability to interact with pre-existing keys - that is, it only defines interaction with key handles. Further, this topic was raised prior to the asynchronous proposal that has become the main specification. Under such an asynchronous proposal, user agents may incorporate the necessary user interactivity requirements if and when they propose and introduce support for key handles beyond those bound to a single origin or that may require user consent. I see no benefit to keeping this issue open.
