Test Suite on Github - need your GitHub IDs

Everyone,

Given that we have Polycrypt and that implementation may be beginning 
relatively shortly, I thought now was a good time to start setting up 
the test-suite. We will (unless there are objections) be using GitHub 
and doing our test-suite in a similar fashion to WebApps and HTML WG. 
However, what I need is the Github names of all people interested in 
working on the test-suite. Just email me your Github ID and I'll add you 
with the ability to push to the repo.

Anyone can pull, and comments are done using pull requests.

Also, we will eventually need someone to co-ordinate and edit the final 
test-suite report when we go to CR. Christopher Kula, are you still up 
for that?
