[W3C Web Crypto API] PROPOSAL : closing ISSUE-32 (API should mention the use of secure elements in the context of key security)

Dear all,

I suggest we close the issue-32 http://www.w3.org/2012/webcrypto/track/issues/32 , with the rationale that no proposal has been made by the WG to improve this section of the specification, in addition it was mentioned by the editor that mentioning secure element in the context of this API may force implementation which is not what the API is supposed to do.
The vote for closing this issue will be in the agenda of our next call on the 15th of April.
