A new minor revision of the Editor's Draft has been published. The changes focused primarily on tightening up the language for broader security considerations ( http://www.w3.org/2012/webcrypto/WebCryptoAPI/#security ), as well as the addition of the WorkerCrypto interface ( http://www.w3.org/2012/webcrypto/WebCryptoAPI/#WorkerCrypto-interface ). The changes above partially resolve https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=18525 , although it remains to be specified how much of the API will be exposed to Web Workers. I did not have the opportunity this week to fully flesh out the updated per-algorithm security considerations, notably the inclusion of AES/AES-ECB. This remains a high-priority item on my agenda leading in to our Face-to-Face at TPAC.
