Zooko,
I believe your proposal was to allow people to do ECB but
1) clearly describe ECB as not an encryption mode
With Ryan's two modifications: 2) No 16-byte limit/default 3) No sync mode
Could you write that up and see if we can get consensus on that from the
mailing list?
