Hi Virginie,

Since this will be the first call for the group, I would like to suggest that we add an agenda item, pretty early in the call.  Namely, we should have some discussion of the underlying use cases, focusing especially on what the security goals of this API are.  (And to be clear, I mean use cases / goals for the *primary* features.)  It's important to get agreement on these goals at this stage because there are significant impacts on things like key management.  I would be glad to throw out a few questions to start the discussion.
