Editors meeting on June 25th?

Everyone,

As she noted in the agenda, Virginie has a vacation on June 25th, and
earlier we had difficulty finding a time for the editors for a training.
Given that we know have a sizable use-case document and motion on the
API, I'm thinking we could use the same meeting slot (June 25th at 19:00
UTC) to go over W3C Process (including what the various levels of W3C
"Draft/Rec" mean), CVS, and Respec.js. A link to the schedule in the
charter, and it would be great to have a very drafty version of the API
out for public comment in July [1].

Note that first public working draft is precisely that - a *working
draft*, and we're happy to publish a rather rough sketch with a list of
open design issues. The key is to get wide review as soon as possible.
We then have more than a year to refine until we settle down with a
Candidate Rec. It's an aggressive schedule, but I'm confident in the
Working Group and Virginie's a great chair.

    cheers,
     harry
