If WebCrypto solutions would ever become a target for certification, I believe that schemes based on *users* assigning access-rights to keys to arbitrary downloded or transient web-code is unlikely to qualify. http://www.w3.org/2012/webcrypto/track/issues/30 seems to require a bit more work. Anders
