Notice that this is focussed on documenting mostly how the well-known CA
system works (and its equally well-known problems). Thus, while of
interest, it does not conflict in scope with the Web Cryptography API.
In fact, Sean Turner, IETF Security AD, was one of the people who
suggested this WG at the Identity in the Browser WG.
