Dial-up information: http://www.w3.org/2018/02/wcig-monthly.ics Agenda: * Pramod Varma (CTO for EkStep) [1] will speak with us about India's "Unified Payment Interface (UPI)" system, its background, current status, architecture and design, and what's coming up. The UPI system is (according to wikipedia [2]): “[A]n instant real-time payment system developed by National Payments Corporation of India facilitating inter-bank transactions.
