Agenda:
* Pramod Varma (CTO for EkStep) [1] will speak with us about India's "Unified Payment Interface (UPI)" system,
its background, current status, architecture and design, and what's coming up.
The UPI system is (according to wikipedia [2]):
“[A]n instant real-time payment system developed by National Payments Corporation of India facilitating inter-bank transactions.
The interface is regulated by the Reserve Bank of India and works by instantly transferring funds between two bank accounts
on a mobile platform."
* We will review the current draft of the Web Commerce IG’s face-to-face meeting agenda at TPAC:

Please note the expectation that this will be a 1-day meeting on Thursday, 25 October.
Thank you,
for the co-Chairs;
Ian Jacobs
