[Web Payments IG] Reminder: TPAC 2018 registration

Thanks to those who have registered so far for the WCIG face-to-face at TPAC.
This year's meeting will be in Lyon on 25-26 October in Lyon, France.

The "early bird" rate ends 31 July - that's a week from today, so don't delay!
