Congratulations to all -- this week WebCGM 2.1 was simultaneously published 
as W3C Recommendation and OASIS Standard.

I'd like to thank you all for your participation and 
perseverance.  Especially, thanks to Thierry for his skillful help in 
guiding us through the W3C Process.
