XCF schema

Here's an initial contribution of an XML Schema corresponding to the
current XCF XML DTD.  This contains no more (or less) intelligence
than the DTD.  I'm currently going through the spec to see if there
are any other attribute values that can be restricted in the schema.

Please take a look and see if you agree that it captures the current DTD.
