Re: Draft of WebCGM 2.1 CR Overview page

I have updated the "Status of this Document section"

1- removed the wording about the webCGM 2.1 testsuite (sentence +4 
bullets).


2- change "end of CR" wording to
"The preliminary Interoperability Implementation Report shows that most 
WebCGM 2.1 features are already implemented, therefore the Candidate 
Recommendation period is expected to be short. This document will remain 
a Candidate Recommendation until at least 10 October 2009."
