I have updated the following webcgm 2.1 ACI tests

aciRestrictedTextType
aciSimpleFontSubsitution 


This update addresses Forrest's recommendations made on
may 31, 2009.  This update also corrects CGM conformance 
issues by using std fonts e.g. Helvetica instead of Arial, eliminates
Max Int by using Int precision and removed MaxColrIndex.
