This 2.1 issue has arisen during implementation.... ---------- Issue: Should the limit on the number of elements in the Line and Edge Type Definition (LETD) be increased? Discussion: In T.17.17 of profile section 6.6 [1], the LETD is "same as Model Profile". The limit on number of elements is 8. Experiments with new 2.1 features supporting pseudo-animation indicate that a larger number is needed, at least twice as large. "64" has been proposed, to allow ample margin. Recommendation: Change T.17.17, middle column, so that "Same as Model Profile" is "No", and "8" is increased to "64" in "Any limits on the number of elements in a given definition?" Comments?
