roll call 11:00am ET,

Al Gilman questions & remarks

we will defer talking about this until the next telecon

LC Review completion and DoC

we are all done except DoC-5 (Issue9) and DoC-6 (Issue10)

DoC-9: These rules intended to deal with deviations in the core 13
font names. We might slightly reword the paragraph to read:

"Note: These normalization rules are derived from and intended for
the substantial volume of existing metafiles that aim to invoke
fonts from WebCGM's restricted core set of thirteen specific fonts
(see T.16.13 of @@section 6.5@@) and that contain well-known and
trivial deviations in the construction of those font names. The
rules may be less useful outside of that intended scope. These
target metafiles are most often, but not always, encoded in WebCGM's
default character encoding of ISO 8859-1."

    we all approve that wording

    Issue 10: Unicode normalization

      [12] http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/WD-webcgm21-20080917/WebCGM21-Intro.html

The wording looks okay but we should also add it to the references
    in chapter 1.2

resolution: approved issue 9 and 10 with modifications as discussed

<lofton> (Note the botched characters in European names of the
    authors -- I'll ask Thierry.)

next F2F: not January; maybe Mar-Apr

<scribe> ACTION: Thierry will look into the UTF characters in the
    copy on server [recorded in

Next telecon: ??? January 2009
