All -- The next WebCGM WG telecon will be in two weeks, at our normal time slot: 11 September 2008, 11am EDT. The main orders of business will be: 1.) vote to advance the spec to FP&LC status and start LC review. We want LC review to end on 7th November, and presently anticipate to start it around 15th September. 2.) assess the timing of a 19-21 Nov f2f, commit to scheduling if the timing looks good. (I think W3C rules say that we must announce 8 weeks in advance, which technically falls on 24th September.) (Re #2: I am now looking at and will summarize privately gathered information from implementors, to see what sort of coverage we will have by then for **attempted** implementation. Recall -- we are not aiming for 2-pass CR type of implementation. Rather, we are aiming at attempts to implement, in order to flush out spec. problems.) A summary/minutes of today's telecon will be posted soon. Regards, -Lofton.
